How do I benefit? Your support unifies efforts to work with local government and developers to enhance our community. HPCA provides a comprehensive support system:

  • Provides experienced counsel to guide you through the zoning process
  • Keeps you up-to-date on current issues and points of contact
  • Raises funds and coordinates volunteers for community improvement projects
  • Encourages area businesses to offer special discounts and gifts to members

What does my money pay for? Your money contributes to operating costs incurred during zoning negotiations, website design/maintenance, newsletters, and meetings.

All board members are volunteers, but may receive reimbursement for costs incurred during lobbying activities that benefit the community as a whole. A separate legal fund is maintained to engage legal counsel when necessary.
